Viswambara Software Systems is committed to protect the privacy of its users and customers. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what information we gather, how we use it, what we do to protect it, and to assist you in making informed decisions when visiting this website.

1 Terminology

1.1 Personal data
Any data or group of data based on which a natural person can be identified. For example, name, ID number, digital identifiers count as personal data. Personal data is also a group of biological, economic, or other features that are together sufficient to identify a natural person.

1.2 Data subject
The natural person whose personal data is processed.

1.3 Special categories of personal data
Personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.

We do not collect or process any special categories of personal data. In case any special categories of data are forwarded to us, we immediately delete any such kind of data.

1.4 Data processing
Any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

1.5 Data controller
Who determines the goals, methods and means of data processing. In this case it is Viswambara Software Systems.

1.6 Data processor
The natural or legal person, organization, company that processes data on behalf of the data controller, such as a company that’s in the business of processing payroll for other companies.

2 Details of Data Controller and Data Processor in Our Context

2.1 Data controller
Viswambara Software Systems Kft., Hungary, is the designated Data Controller for our company. “Our company” here refers to Viswambara Software Systems Kft., Hungary, Viswambara Software Systems Private Limited, India, and Srivari Incorporated, United States. Hereinafter, the terms “Data Controller”, “Viswambara”, “we” and “us” refer to Viswambara Software Systems Kft., Hungary.

3 Data Collection on the Website

Website content is accessible to anyone without providing any personal data (for example in form of registration).
Visitors of the website may provide personal data or other information voluntarily on the website. We list the categories, purposes and details of data processing taking place on and through the website. For information relating to Cookies, please refer to our Cookie Policy and Notice page.

3.1 Cookies
3.1.1 Cookies are text files set by websites to help navigate through pages, render pages for mobiles and tablets, preserve shopping carts, etc.

3.1.2 Our website utilizes Microsoft Azure App Services, Google Analytics (anonymous features), and WordPress with ThemeFusion’s Avada. Our Cookie Policy and Notice page provides a complete list of cookies set by our website. The page contains useful information to help you identify and control these and other commonly known cookies.

3.2 Server Side IP Logging
3.2.1 Our site currently has Server Side Logging turned off. No IP addresses are persisted in files or other media.

3.3 Breach Protection
3.3.1 Our website is served on HTTPS, which makes all traffic between the users and our website encrypted.

3.3.2 Site Lock performs routine malware scans of our website and protects our users from scams such as phishing.

3.3.3 Scans using Blacklist monitoring services such as mxtoolbox.com are conducted against unknown host IP addresses, in case of suspicious activity.

3.3.4 All business data and identifiable information are stored only on highly-access-restricted Office 365 servers (see 2.2.4).

4 Access to Personal Data

Only the Data Controller and Data Processors discussed in point 2 have access to personal data. We do not provide access to your personal data or transfer your personal data to any third party, unless required by law enforcement.

5 Your Rights as Data Subject

5.1 Right to request information about data processing
You can request information in a written form about your personal data we process including

  • what categories of your personal data we process,
  • what is the purpose of data processing,
  • what is the legal basis of data processing,
  • what is the source of personal data,
  • how long we process your personal data,
  • to whom, when and on what legal basis we provide access to or transfer your personal data.

We answer your request within 30 days on the contact email provided by you.

5.2 Right to modify data
You can request the modification of your personal data in a written form, for example if you want to change your previously set email address. Please see our General Information page for contact information relating to data modification requests.

We fulfill your request within 30 days and inform you about the actions taken on the contact email provided by you.

5.3 Right to be forgotten/Right to data erasure
You can request the erasure of your personal data in a written form.

If law does not require otherwise, we fulfill your request within 30 days and inform you about the actions taken on the contact provided by you.

5.4 Right to data blocking
You can request blocking of your personal data in a written form where you also need to indicate the reason why you request blocking. This means we store your personal data as long as it is necessary for the purposes indicated in your request. Such purpose may be a legal procedure where the relevant bodies may request access to the personal data (such as contact form) you submitted to us. 5.5 Right to data transfer
You have the right to acquire the personal data you provided us in a common file format (such as doc., docx., xls.,) and transfer it to another data controller.

5.6 Right to object
You have the right to object to data processing used for direct marketing purposes. After objection, your personal data shall not be used for that purpose.
You can also object to data processing when it is necessary only to serve the legitimate interests of the data controller. After objection, we do not process your personal data further, except if it is required by law. We are obliged to prove the rightfulness of data processing following your objection.

6 Complaints

6.1 We are committed to protecting your data, ensure your rights, and fulfill and answer your data processing-related requests.

6.2 If you think that we did not answer your request or objection related to your personal data in a satisfactory manner, or you think that your personal data is not processed legally, or if you think there is a direct danger of wrongful personal data processing, you can file a complaint to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
